BINGHAMTON/31/OCT/N.Y. 31mm Red CDS; "B" close to "N"; Red 18mm hollow V; Red 4 x 47 mm "FORWARDED" marking.
                       Mailed from Rochester OCT / 19 with manuscript "10". Forwarded from Binghamton to Utica
                       where 3 x 57 mm Blue "ADVERTISED 2 Cts" applied.  Total postage due at Utica 17 cents.
                       Docketed at bottom "Taken from P.O. at Utica by me Feb 1850".

Hollow Orange 18mm - 1849 (?) Orange Markings

                       According to Wilcox, this is the only seen orange stampless marking
                       from Binghamton.  Rate for under 300 miles, per Act of March 3, 1845.
