Wake: December 15, 1899 - February 28, 1905

The Wake Post Office was established on December 15, 1899. The first and only postmaster of Wake
was Thaddeus W. Benedict.  The Wake Post Office ceased operation on February 28, 1905 when service
began to be provided from the Susquehanna Post Office in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
