The Willow Point Post Office was reestablished in Broome County on July 1, 1908. Prior to that, it was Willowpoint. The first postmaster of Willow Point was Stephen L. Noosbickle. On October 15, 1918, the Willow Point Post Office ceased operation and began to receive service from Vestal.
