Westend: December, 1895 - July 31, 1896

In December, 1895, the name of the West End Post Office was changed to Westend.  The first postmaster of Westend
was Charles T. Dickson.  The Westend Post Office was discontinued on July 31, 1896 and began receiving service from Binghamton.
