             Theodore Lashier, May 13, 1889 - February 1, 1894
             Frank B. Twining, February 2, 1894 - *

             * It is not known if Frank B. Twining was the last postmaster of Hooper. The book referenced
below states that the Hooper post office was discontinued on June 15, 1897 with mail to the
Johnson City post office. However, the Johnson City post office did not exist until September
20, 1915, therefore the date of closure was more likely June 15, 1917, as stated in the title above.

The above information was obtained from "A History of The Town of Union, Its Settlement, Growth and Development, Bicentennial Edition"; James V. Fiori, Author; Published by the Town of Union; 1990.
