BINGHAMTON/SEP/2/6AM/N.Y. 28mm Black CDS with time denoted. Black quartered killer
                          on 3 cent blue green banknote (#207) on grocers ad cover.

Binghamton - 1883

BINGHAMTON/APR/13/7PM/N.Y. 28mm Black CDS with time denoted. Black quartered killer
                           on 1 cent blue banknote (#182) and 2 cent vermillion banknote (#183).
                           Paid the first class rate of 3 cents per half ounce which dropped to 
                           2 cents per half ounce on October 1, 1883.

Binghamton - 1885

                                         on three 2 cent green (#213) and a pair of 4 cent green (#211).  The
                                         stamps paid the 4 cent, 2 ounce first-class rate effective July 1, 1885
                                         and the 10 cent registration fee for no indemnity effective May 1, 1879.

Binghamton - 1889 Registered Usage

REGISTERED/MAR 3, 1889/BINGHAMTON, N.Y. Magenta straight line town.  Manuscript #864.  Black cork killers
                                        on 2 cent green (#213) and 10 cent brown (#209).  The stamps paid
                                        the 2 cent per ounce first-class rate effective July 1, 1885 and
