Broome County, New York Postal History

Itaska: December 19, 1890 - March 31, 1939

The Itaska Post Office, was established in Broome County on December 19, 1890.  The first postmaster
of Itaska was Frederick E. Beach.  On March 31, 1939, the Itaska Post Office ceased operation and began
receiving service from Whitney Point.
